RETURNS POLICY

All Cappellazzo Couture gowns are created exclusively to order, with each piece conceived and crafted for the individual client. As every commission is tailored with intention and made by hand, all orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange. Each gown is delivered through a personalised fitting schedule designed to achieve an impeccable silhouette. Clients are required to attend all fittings as arranged and provide timely feedback to support any adjustments. Once the final fitting is completed and the garment is accepted, it is regarded as fulfilled and becomes the full responsibility of the client. We kindly encourage all clients to confirm details carefully and attend fittings as scheduled, as any alterations requested after collection will incur additional fees.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to alter or cancel the request.

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they are placed.

We are unable to redirect orders after dispatch. Upon delivery and signature at the specified shipping address, all responsibility for the item transfers to the client. Cappellazzo Couture cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs after the order has been received.
